What leaders ask us first
We are not a tech company. Is this for us?
Yes. That is who it is for. You need one person who knows the job well and can spend day one with us, plus a few hours over the two weeks. You do not need an IT team.
What if it does not work for our job?
You find out on day one, because you watch it run on your own examples and see the score. If the job turns out to be a poor fit, we tell you that day. Payment terms, including what happens if we stop early, are written into the agreement before we start.
What happens after the pilot?
If it works and you have more jobs like it, we agree a yearly plan in writing: which jobs come next, one fixed fee, and how what is already built is kept running. It is a contract with us, not a hire, and the same engineer leads it. If not, you take the code and run it yourselves, with no fee to us.
Does it work with the software we already use?
Usually. Sage, QuickBooks, Acumatica, field service software, property management systems and email can all be connected in some way. On the call we check that we can connect to yours, and if we cannot, we tell you before you sign anything.
Who owns what you build?
You do: the code, the documentation and the results. Everything runs in accounts in your name, and nothing we leave needs a licence from us.
What does it cost?
One fixed price for the pilot, set by the size of the job and agreed in writing before we start. On the call we compare it with the staff hours the job takes now. If the pilot would not pay for itself, we will say so. Running costs for hosting or AI usage are paid straight to those providers, and we estimate them first.
What happens to our data?
We sign a confidentiality agreement before you share anything, use AI services whose terms say they do not train on your data, and delete our copies when the pilot ends. Every promise is in our privacy notice. Read the privacy notice.
